No doubt, that’s why I asked.
They’re typically yearly or seasonal.
Good job Kaze! Good luck in your future efforts, hope you get the first place next time.
at least we know who has the best body on bmf ;f
Amirite?
That guy is so freakin’ sexy.
You’re kidding right? That makes you roughly the same age as me. I thought you’d at least be above 24, being married and all. Most guys don’t get married in their teens.
No offence, but lolUSA… they seem to do that a lot there. Just like teen pregnancies.
Well, teen pregnancy is a pretty widespread problem nowadays, in any case.
Too bad many bodybuilders have much shorter life expectancies than people who don’t do that.

What mistake? Nobody made any mistake.
That is a kind of genetic condition (you could call it a disease; I’m not a doctor, mind you) which I don’t recall the name. Your muscles grow too much.
That is one huge weight cut.
And it makes me feel like I should be a lot stronger at 235 pounds. Needs more pushups…
Do you have some proof to back up these bullshit claims?
No, he’s just loaded up on Synthol. It’s an injected substance that causes your muscles to swell and grow much larger than their actual size. Google it, you’ll see what I mean.
That is quite impressive.
It’s really amazing what can be done when you really apply yourself.
When prepping for this competition, how much time in a given week was spent training? It’s obviously some hours a day. I imagine it puts my 1.5 hours a day to paltry shame.
Perhaps (I’m not knowledgeable on that area) but there’s a disease related that makes your muscles grow too much because of some out-of-control protein or something.
I googled it and found the said Synthol. Sounds dangerous…
I’d like to see an answer to this too, to see if it boosts my willpower to exercise more haha.
Read it somewhere, just looked it up, and it’s associated to steroid abuse rather then bodybuilding. My bad.
It depends on what day/muscle group, but on average a week I’d be in the gym about 9 hours a week. It isn’t the amount of time you train, but the intensity and program you are using. I could spend 9 hours a week doing curls for da gurlz in the squat rack and I wouldn’t get anywhere, but that 9 hours a week is spent on a meticulously planned and executed program. The largest portion of the dedication an effort comes in way of a consistent diet, especially in the cutting period in the weeks before the competition.
The disease you’re referring to is most likely myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy (aka: myostatin mutants). It usually results in extremely low body fat and double the normal skeletal muscle size.
Think before you speak next time .
Even if it was the truth, I’d rather live for a slightly shorter time but as a conditioned and fit being rather than live for 80 or 90 years as a fat slob.
I imagine my diet of not enough carbs or protein is holding me back. Of course my consistent use of beer is another problem to my fitness levels. Though I have been trying to eat more through eating basically all the time, and keeping the servings manageable. It is only casual with me, but I need to bulk up a bit. I imagine your 9 hours is far more focused and intense than my hours spent with my home workout area. Once Kiagh goes off to school in September I may have more time to focus on it.
