My first comp was today...

edited my post :stuck_out_tongue:

Still, I don’t know about those comps, to me they’re just posing and I don’t really see the need for age-categories or something, so yeah… :stuck_out_tongue:

Guise, I think I’ll go ghei for Kaze.
He has loving arms :jizz:

Why is it I thought this thread was about a computer…

Hahaha, I thought the same too. Silly me.

Well, Kaze, I may not be very into this kind of thing, but congratulations. Finishing third is an excellent result considering that this was your first competition

i r stronger than u

Likewise. My reaction to the title was a grammar facepalm.

Dear god i nearly puked looking at that…look at those veins

This.

Do what? Be considerably more fit, strong, and conditioned than 95% of the population? Because I have the willpower to dedicate to a strict diet and training routine. I don’t settle for mediocrity like most people  .

Thanks. And yeah, 46 was just my number. I’m only 20 ^_^.

164lbs, so yeah I guess you could classify me as a swole-ass 160-pounder. I’m around 200+ in the offseason, though.

Thanks.

Thankya.

And I really don’t expect most of the haters ITT to understand why anyone would dedicate themselves to something like this. It’s not something the general public usually understands, but as I said, the general public is usually mediocre to begin with  .

Although I would like to say the first meal I ate after the comp was absolutely delicious and consisted of about 1500 calories  .

That’s probably what surprises me the most. It must be one heck of a training routine! It’s good to know you have such willpower - I, personally, know I don’t

I’m guessing you’ll start training for other competitions now? I hope you do well. Seems like you might, one day, even finish up in the first place! That would be awesome.

You went in third place? Nice job! I hadn’t see that. But I’m wonderin’, is the weird fake tan really necessary? Because IMO you guys would look much better without it.

Yeah, I always wonder about the fake tan  could you elaborate?

I looked at the title, and I already knew what to expect, since it’s impossible that kaze only got his first PC today.

Anyway congratulations on the competition.

Well, I’m not Kaze but might as well answer. The fake tan - or any oily substance for that matter - makes muscles show up, you can see individual muscles much better. For the judges.

Kaze: Genetically Different.

great job, [click], is it natural?

Spray on tans serve the purpose of accentuating the lighting in the room to help bring out definition in various muscle groups.

Thanks.

Thanks, and yes, I’m natty. Got the bloodwork papers to prove it.

After a week or so of break time and eating like a pig I’ll be back to my offseason training and will be bulking again.

A lot of people expected me to win the meet, but like I said, it was my first meet so I was really ecstatic about even placing 3rd. Now that I’ve got a feel for the competition scene I know how to better prepare myself.

So what exactly does one do at one of these meets? Flexing and posing for pictures seems relatively easy. I could even do it, if there’s ever a “Body-That-Looks-The-Most-Like-A-Hairy-Pale-Potato” competition.

There’s a lot more to proper posing and stature than you want to believe.

Nice pose. :jizz:

I can’t believe nobody in this thread has said “NICE MUSCLE!” yet. I’m disappointed in you all.
