I was wondering what the policy for the use of the soundtrack in say a YouTube video? I really like the “Black Mesa Theme” and think that it would be perfect to use as background music to a gameplay trailer of the game.

As long as you use it in fair use and don’t include it in something that is sold or generates revenue, for sure!
