After playing Metal Gear Solid 4, I would like to add Naomi Hunter to the list. 
Judging by what you put as your “Location” and Naomi’s accent, I assume British women have a thing for nerds. Then again, Naomi is actually from Zimbabwe and they dropped her accent in Twin Snakes and Guns of the Patriots, so hell if I know.
Then again, she’s also fictional, which renders my entire anylysis completely pointless other than to show off how much of a Metal Gear nerd I am.

Alma, simply because she is the only character who has literally raped me at the end of a game. A feat she accomplished despite being starved to death, imprisoned, shot, kicked, punched, and possibly nuked. Oh, and she can rip you apart with her mind, from a few miles away, while buried in a bunker, surrounded by shields, dead. She is the only character that I know of that gets more dangerous and more powerful the more people try to end her. Her Father killed her, that just pissed her off in a way that even shames Commander Shepard (I am surprised I haven’t seen Shepard mentioned to be honest). The sum total of the Point Man’s efforts was to kill her son, and make her horny. As for Becket, well, he just manages to knock her up. Sorry Duke, you just don’t compare.
