I mean, it would be awesome if someone built their own Eiffel tower to propose on, but I don’t see anything wrong with using the one that’s already there.
I think it’s pretty awesome. I can’t imagine what I’d be thinking if I were playing a game I really liked and it turned into something like that.

It’s not like he messaged a couple of people and said “Hey, make this for me.” He had to plan it out, get Valve on board, hire some good level designers and make sure shit got done.
I was only pointing out that he did in fact put a lot of effort into it where you said he didn’t.

It was one of the best proposals I saw. Actually I like this one the most. My second favorite was when Gearbox made a little Claptrap short for a guy.
