Most anticipated game?

What he said.

Except that he meant Episode 3. :stuck_out_tongue:

Off the top of my head, I’d say the most anticipated games for me are;

NFS Shift – Bought to us by the guys who made GTR2, and promising some suspiciously simulation like driving for a NFS game.

rFactor 2 – Some really tasty looking improvements on what is already one of the most expansive race simulators

Black Mesa – The odd one out a bit, bit pretty obviously gonna be the most polished thing out there.

Link?

I’m with Going Postal on Prototype.

Also Assassin’s Creed 2, Diablo 3, and BM: S. In that order.

BTW:

Black Mesa
Diablo III
Half-Life 2: Episode 3
0 A.D.

(no specific order)

  • Halo 3: ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Troopers)
  • Mass Effect 2
  • Half Life 2: Episode Three

Assasin’s Creed 2
Prototype

Uh…

That’s it for now.

Prototype
Diablo 3
HL:E3
Red Dead Redemption

Oh and ummm… Hi. I’m new. :stuck_out_tongue:

welcome to the forums B)

fix’d. :stuck_out_tongue:

bioshock 2, i loved the first one

the obviouses , thi4f

oh , and gothic 4

Sims 3, Halo 3 ODST, HL2ep3, Balc Meas, and Fallout 3 (Its been out, but Ive never got around to buying it)

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (PC version is said to be made from scratch, not a port)
HL2:EP3
Black Mesa (This is my most anticipated game of the year)
Wolfenstien
Red Dead Redemption
Red Faction

Black Mesa (Do I even need a reason?)
ArmA II (Dear god…this game looks incredible)
Operation Flashpoint 2 (Hardy har har. I’m a realism fag.)
MW2 (Not realistic, but still tons of fun to kill across the map with a MP5SD)
Borderlands (4 Player Co-op, customizable vehicles, RPG/FPS elements, and customizable weapons. I’m in.)

Okay guys, cut it with the Black Mesa/Half-Life 2: Episode 3 shit. If you’ve registered on the fourms, you’re excited for those two. Now let’s be a little more creative, shall we?

Most Looking Forward To:
Halo: ODST: I feel lonely when I’m on the fourms. Everyone here seems to hate Halo for some reason (actually, I know exactly why they don’t like Halo. They repeat it over and over again. “nutin spesial bout it un like cod4 cod4 iz da shit mofofucker lololzz!!!”)
Bionic Commando: Bionic Commando: Rearmed was simply amazing. I don’t care what the reviews say, I’m renting this game (and maybe even buy it eventually) and I’m going to have a blast! Besides, the multiplayer demo was awesome!
Bioshock 2: The first one was good, but collected dust real fast after I beat it. Bioshock 2 now has multiplayer, so hopefully it won’t suffer like the last one did.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2: I loved the first one, but I never got to try out the multiplayer (I borrowed a copy from my friend, and we had to play in the living room without internet.)
Fallout: New Vegas: More Fallout is always a good thing (except another BHoS spin-off.)

Kinda-Sorta-Looking Forward To:
Postal III: Postal 2 was simply a guilty pleasure. Postal III looks like it’ll be Postal 2 and more! Also, it uses the source engine! You know what that means right? Garry’s Mod!
Call of Duty 6: Modern Warfare 2: Despite my anti-CoD claims, there was a time that I actually liked Call of Duty 4. The best part about these games is that they’re released so close to Christmas that I can just ask for it and get a free copy on Christmas morning!

I agree.

this.

Portal 2. :stuck_out_tongue:

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
