People say there are missing textures on Black Mesa but there are no missing textures. You must set your DirectX Level for it to work
Setting your DirectX Level
1. Go to Library
2. Right click on “Black Mesa”
3. Set Launch Options
4. Write -dxlevel 90
This may cause lower fps but all textures will return to normal.
