When I found the first group of soldiers, one of them said “I’m tired of these games Freeman!.” And from my understanding, there are parameters set to prevent the soldiers from saying any Freeman lines until a bit later in the game.

I’ve had this happen before too. I think it’s random, even though they shouldn’t really say it till later.
