[MINOR] Incorrect Texture Behavior

Noticed this at the start of Surface Tension. The rocky ground texture in this shot:

Behaves the same way as the snow/ice texture found on the floor of freezers earlier in the game, eg. you slide around a bit on it and don’t stop immediately like on normal ground textures.
