In map bm_c1a2a (the first of Office Complex), I found a small graphical glitch with the flashlight and the fire extinguisher sign. I couldn’t get the console to work, so I can’t give you coordinates, but its in the main room. From far away, the sign is lit up when you shine on it:
But I walked closer and it was suddenly dark:
Edit: I noticed it only happens from the left side. If straight-on or on the right, it lights normally.
