Melee attack of soldiers deal no damage

Hi,
I already used the search funtion with the key words “soldier melee” but didn’t found anything like that.
So I hope that it wasn’t reported yet :slight_smile:

Here are a few pictures I shot in a row where a soldier is attacking me with the stock of his gun.
Badly it seems to has no effect :frowning:

I already know such behaviour from STALKER SOC and the Telepath which has no melee attack.
So it is no big deal for me but I still wanted to mention it if it isn’t already known.

Ok…
I just tried it again on another soldier and there I got a nice punch from him.

Maybe this here was a special situation since I got trough the door which can be seen right and he stand there and immediately started to punch me.
Could be possible that i wasn’t in melee range yet but the AI didn’t realize that.

But it seems working well on every other soldier I forced to melee yet :smiley:
