Nemesis again? Looks cool though 
I dig the first one. With both pictures, I like how you give the impression of detail while remaining in the sketch zone. Your proportions are pretty good too, at least from first glance.
The second one irks me a bit. I always thought that cybernetic enhancements, while ridiculously awesome, would also be ridiculously overbalancing. Maybe you ought to add some sort of counter-weight on his other shoulder.
Just an idea though.
