Me and perhaps a lot of others don’t think of the forums at first, we want to see if the mod is… uh, released.
That’s what I usually do - click on the Black Mesa bookmark, look at ‘‘Updates’’, following by ‘‘Speak up’’, if nothing interesting; directing to another page.

My usually rounds on blackmesasource.com is to go to the main page, glance for the “when it’s done” text, then hit the forums.
Shame the video can’t be blocked with the Firefox Element Hiding Helper without removing the entire right nav section…
