No, that means you DO get the earbuds. But it has to be in OS X; doing it through Windows (VMWare or Boot Camp) on a Mac doesn’t count.
Yeah I was mistaken on that. It seems some players must have logged in for the first time in a VERY long time recently and received time/context sensitive items (like Cheater’s Lament and Bill’s Hat) while playing, leading me to assume they had become random drops. Oh well, guess I don’t get earbuds.

I still don’t get the concept of how Garry’s mod is a game. It’s a tool for silly people to make stupid movies/pictures.
Yeah it is not a game. It is more like a tool or a sandbox as you said. The “stupid movies/pictures” sometimes are funny 
I don’t know how you can say that. It’s the most awesome mod I’ve ever played. I’m having fun with it since 2007 thanks to the huge and awesome modding community. I never got tired of it yet. If you are imaginative, creative and you have some good ideas, there will be always stuff to do.

Also, how could you not call gmod a game? Its the ultimate sandbox game. Maybe you are not creative enough to make your own game inside the game from a mod of a game.

I didn’t like the new menu as well, but then I realised that it was essentially the same but with new features and logos, and then I stopped giving a shit. Seriously, what’s the problem with it?

I don’t know, the first time I saw the menu I raged and all that, but then I saw the changes are actually good, so I stopped staring on the main menu and actually started playing the game
How is the now one “not the the point”? It’s just pictures instead of text buttons now, and then some of them have been moved.
And it’s even simpler than the old menu if you ask me.
Well I guess I am use to the Half Life style menu and when they changed it I didn’t know what anything was.
