Lost my weapons at the start of surface tension, only got the mp5 which I was carrying and the glock, that’s not supposed to happen right?

I had the exact same problem. Could someone please post a save game at the start of surface tension with all the weapons?

Same here, when i loaded in a new area, but then decided to back track and lost all my guns including the one you only get once in the laser room.

So I finished the game without the gauss gun :confused:

Autosaves are your friends.

Or just go to New Game and start the level where it happened. It should give you all weapons you suppose to have at that part of the game.

It would be interesting to know exactly at which point in the game were, what you were doing and which gun you had active when you lost all your weapons.
