No, seriously, the reason there is no exact date or timeframe given aside from 2010 is because we don’t know!
If people want to stop posting on the forums because they have ‘lost interest’ then fine; we’re not forcing them to stay and post threads. Most of the important topics pertaining to the mod have been discussed to death, and half of the new posters are people trying to troll us anyway.

Hey, I certainly understand the reason, but people are going to whine and complain regardless. If they lose interest, fuck em (pardon my french). It’s not like they’re NOT going to play the game when it gets released. I was just hoping for something fun to play before summer gets here.

I have never lost interest. i check here once every two weeks for an update or something small. This game defined what I play. the least I owe these Guys are my Patience and my anticipation.

I don’t think many people have lost interest in this mod, they have just found other things to occupy their time since the mod is taking a lot of time to complete.
Yes, it is May. Yes, people have gotten frustrated that the damn mod is still not done, including myself. What did I do about that? …sucked it up and did something else. That’s a good solution. Bitching is not.

Some people need to realize it takes enormous dedication and PERSONAL time to complete such a project…and not having it be a complete piece of shit. I think they forget this is a total conversion of a lengthy title, not some half-assed, HL2-asset recycled, short to finish mod. The focus to detail and immersion expressed in the high quality props, models, lighting, etc., are beyond the scope of a typical mod IMO, consequently so is production. There is a lot of space to fill inside BM and it takes a lot of time.
Yea, I’m tired of waiting too, but whenever new media is released, my interest simply grows.
Yes, and we already had 2009. Now the question is: will we have 2011? I hope not.
