I have a friend who smokes every day - he was smoking a philly in the park with about 7 people, and he suddenly stood up, said he was having heart palpitations, and tried to call 911 on his cell phone. Regular smoker, hadn’t even had that much, but a lot of different factors can contribute to it, and it can happen with any hallucinogen regardless of what “level” some government agency classifies it as.
