Let's do this on Nintendo DS.

How about this folks: I am the creator of XtenDS too (damn just can’t escape my homebrew wrath).

Yeah, XtenDS was my first IDE, but I got tired of the name, which didn’t rank in Google (and wasn’t relevant to what the software did). So I gave it up, copied the source and worked on it till now; we have DS Game Maker.

And I don’t know where you read that XtenDS made 3D games or was even comparable to DS Game Maker. The website for it isn’t up, and the last version before retirement about a year ago was V8.

Yeah, then you’re gonna say you designed the DS by yourself, and you invented programming too. >_>

Last I heard he invented the wheel, and sliced bread, and puppies. :stuck_out_tongue:

HE SLICED PUPPIES?!?!! :’(:’(
.

With a wheel.

i like where this thread is going, please continue

I think EVERYONE knows about that game now…

A cheese wheel! with MICE!

Go on, do it!
15 and you programmed that stuff?
Nice. Although friends are a good thing to have you know
XD
No seriously I’m with you on this

I never insinuated that I did not have friends. It’s a shame that people associate a) being successful b) computer programming with having little friends.

My friends are friends because they take me at face value and credit me for what I am and not what I am not.

I hate to be “cocky” if you like and tell you what I have achieved at 15, if the conversation springs up and an issue like XtenDS arises then it is right that I answer it.

To be back on topic I have been working on my IDE big time to make working on the project easier, and on the DSGM forums some people have also been getting interested… so it’s all good.

Don’t worry, most of us take you at face value. Glaydos’s comment about your friends wasn’t serious. I was working on a program too, but decided midway through the project to switch from C++/CLI to Qt C++. Now I’m juggling learning Qt to a proficient level and waiting for Kdev4 to come out. Only like a week more!

I would like to say that I am looking forward to this game, and I wish to give my highest regards and my utmost respect to Strike, for designing this game and being successful. As well as having the ability to fight off the scum of the internet.

A side note to most of the idiots here, I’m 15 too and I have made $10,000 in the stock market. He created games and software. What have you to boast about when you were 15? Drinking the most?

:what:

the difference is, that he did nothing, except stealing code too glue it togheter.

it isn’t good socially to think so highly of yourself. your ego could use a puncture :stuck_out_tongue:

I was just gonna say, one thing I’d achieved by 15 was learning not to be a bell-end.

And also, drinking the most.

hey guys I have a joke,

what do you get when one self absorbed idiot, defends another self absorbed idiot?
answer: [COLOR=‘LemonChiffon’]this thread.

^^intriguing.

EDIT:
On your forum, you have a “Current Production” feature on profiles, and yours doesn’t have anything.
If you wanted your community to be supportive and maybe pitch-in a little bit, wouldn’t you’ve updated that?
Anyhoo, as long as the game has colours, has shiny things etc. I’ll be happy.

EDIT #2:

Your parents must’ve been very, and I mean very rich and been happy to risk quite a lot of money for you to have been able to start trading on the market.
Oh, and I respect you for being able to handle the amount of stress created by working on the stock market.

StrikeBeam, it certainly sounds like you know what you are doing.
Can we see one screenshot or something? This will also stop all qualms that you are a fake. Then again, if we dont see any screenshots…

noone said he was fake, we just said that strikebeam’s mind needs to not spend so much time worshiping strikebeam.
stuff that he’s done? looks good.
him telling us that in EVERY one of his posts? bad.
