Lestat_cv's Reskins for Early Acess version.

Hello friends, a long time no see do you? Do not you remember me? Well, then again present myself, I did some reskins for Black Mesa in the past, some soldiers in OP4 style, a box of ammunition of 357 with misspellings, and a Glock 17 with night sights.
He was missing for some time, busier with mods for the game Arkham Origins and also busy with personal life (girlfriend, law school, etc). So much so that I forgot my password and e-mail from my old account.

But I’m almost in vacation then I decided to go back to my beloved reskins, all in WIP stage. Because I’m a perfectionist and annoying. And I want tips to improve before my final release.

I guarantee that when I finish, I will release the mods in Workshop, Mediafire and Gamebanana for access.

Good but no more small talk, let the screenshots begin:

I added some night sights for the glock, but I really want to improve the visuals.

Do not think I’m being ungrateful or anything, but I always thought that the gauss gun was too dark, not even remember the original.
I decided to lighten it a little, put some duracell and soon I will add more details.

Simple, I just put a more classic and bright screen

The props I decided to make some changes, so I say before any confusion: BKDale, I think your fantastic work, really well done, wonderful, but I’m a maniac for mods.

1- An enhanced server, viewers are now more visible, some parts of the textures are photos from an HP-Proliat server converted to textures, the symbol of DALsystems was redone from scratch (I will redone the bump map that is strange too).

2- In the second image ever noticed that the buttons were erased, was barely sees them, I decided to rewrite ONE BY ONE, all consoles, ALL of them, missing a few buttons of course, and I wrote a lot of technological nonsense because he had no idea what to write who have good ideas to write buttons, suggest here.

3- Yes, I messed up here, the keypad is on the contrary, I will fix this, but there are also details of a HP-Prolinat here, a reworked control and DALsystems symbol here, but I intend to do some different little things, suggestions?

One thing I’ve always been fascinated was the visual art of the ancient Half Life, Black Mesa has lost much of that style, after all, of course, is an adaptation. I decided to return some of that, this texture is 100% animated, giving a beautiful look and feel of nostalgia to the game.

I decided to readjust the gloves to a style combining carbon fiber and the cryfibril Crysis so that the glove stayed similar to fan film Half Life Origins.
Special Thanks: Hawkshadow741 for Cryfibril black texture.

A classic style scientist with a nice tie. An old mod passed to this new version.

Cool!!

Very Nice!

The one on the right reminds me of the vending machine in Half-Life 1

That’s the idea

My friend, SkyNinja converted these models a long time ago , yet for the previous version of Black Mesa .
I put in the new version and make a cool reskin.
Unfortunately I can not distribute them because the original models belong to Romka and do not have the authorization (I have only for my personal use ) but I believe that some screenshots does not hurt.

Those HECU Soldiers are way snappy here in my opinion that they wear their uniform properly compared to the vanilla remake ones.

Schweet! That left vending machine looks… off slightly, maybe the picture is too large or something, but other than that you’ve done some fine work here.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
