Really good work there, keep it up! I agree about the teen “problem” though. I guess it’s not because of your age, but because of your appearance. Try some make up to make the actors look older or at least like they’ve been having a hard time trying to survive, dirty clothes and all that. Keep in mind that the resistance guys are always hiding under bridges and all sorts of nasty places so that would make sense. Also, try making the scenes more convincing…like the part where the CP’s take the crossbow from the “dead” guy without even checking if he’s actually dead. You could make it something like the CPs would walk into the place, see the dead CP bodies and while one would be investigating the bodies, the other would keep an eye open for a possible trap but somehow they get caught in it anyway. I think it would be more convincing than just the hide and shoot or fake death ideas. As for the effects, editing and everything I think it’s great.
EDIT: Another suggestion: Kill some resistance members…you can cover their faces like the (terrorist?) one so you can keep using the same actors or just not focus on their faces, but I think it would make it more like the HL series instead of the all powerful resistance where every fighter can kill a dozen CPs. Make the fights more equal and seem tougher, it was only easy in game for gameplay reasons. Just a few suggestions anyway, it’s up to you to decide what’s good and what’s not.
