you can sprint across the surface of water, just stick your head out from a body of water and sprint up and away :jizz:

I believe what eispy is saying is that if you are in water with (I am assuming) sprint enabled and you start sprinting in the water as long as your head is out of the water you will rise up and run across the surface of the water. I have not confirmed this myself but it is what I got from the OP.
