Actually, you’re right, slowing down a sound file is pretty fucking creative. Way more creative than the dubstep or death metal versions that were actually interesting.
But really, it sucked, and there’s no argument to be had here.

I don’t want to argue, its not right. Think as you will, everyone is entitled to their opinion.
May I just clarify that NO I did not just “slow down” the track.
(forgive me if I bore you some more):
I used FFT Synthesis to recreate and modify the audio file, being able to extract all the musical parts of the song, leaving the transient peaks and the foreground vocal, allowing me to further process by time-stretching, decreasing frequency resolution, pitch, adjusting partials etc etc.
Then it was a case of composing the intro to accommodate the change. And adding duplicate effects tracks to enhance the entire sound.
Now you can understand why I don’t take it kindly that people are calling me trash for what I have created.
Don’t I deserve a little more respect?
