Unfortunately I think this is meant for Valve’s programmers, nothing the devs can do (except lower detail in maps) because they don’t have source code for the engine.

Saw an error pop-up so other than report it here there isn’t much I can do.

Its running really well on my system. The crash came right after a save point so its not that big of a deal.
