Is usage of logotypes in caricatures...

free, and on what conditions. Or is it an individual case for every company?
For example, I could not find anything about using Google’s logotypes
in caricatures, and received no response from e-mail that I send to Apple Inc.
Any help is wanted! )

I hope that this thread will not be removed. )

Well, it depends on where you live, doesn’t it?

I live in the United States of America. But why does it matter? I mean, caricature can be seen anywhere in the world with the help of the Internet!

Just do it. I bet nothing will happen to you.

Can you at least tell me where on the Internet to look for the answer(rules for using logotypes in caricatures)?

Try Yahoo Answers maybe.

Why distract the president?
And it seems the right place on
the forum for my topic, is it not?

You’re not going to ‘distract’ the president.

yeah, cuz a gaming website is totally gonna be the right place to ask a question such as this.

You’re assuming that the knowledge of every forum member only encompasses video games.

I’m going to fucking question outright.

OP, what the fuck are you even asking?

He’s probably a caricature artist, and he’s asking if drawing company trademarks
(I.E. the person he’s drawing is wearing a Coca-Cola tee shirt) would get him into legal trouble.

The answer is no, unless you’re making big piles of taxable income by specializing in the selling of unlicensed merchandise, or bootlegging,
you will not encounter any legal action.
Technically the law says you should but it’s really not worth the expense of trials and cops and lawyers and such just because some dickweed in the mall got 20 bucks for drawing a kid wearing a modern warfare 2 sweatshirt.
