I have Lubuntu 12.10 64bit and use Wine 1.4.
After installation I get this message in the Terminal:

How can I solve this problem so I can run BlackMesa?

Basically it’s just complaining about not being able to find something, so of course, first make sure you have gnome-keyring installed.
If I’m not mistaken, gnome-keyring is like a password locker for settings and tasks that require root access, make sure you know your keyring password.
