I folow this link https://wiki.blackmesasource.com/System_Requirements#System_Requirements
And instal from Steam client library Steam SDK 2007 base .
Than download BlackMesa.7z and now can not find

Be sure the game is installed to this directory: \Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\BMS

I Do not have Steammapps but i do have C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods
One more thing this page say

" Please select the file you would like to download:

blackmesa.7z
blackmesa-setup.exe "

So should i download only one when i choose to download from this link https://www.blackmesasource.com/download.html or should donload all 3 oh them like this one https://www.gamefront.com/black-mesa-is-live-download-it-here/

No need to worry about this. You already have steamapps.

I would say download the 3 files like GameFront. I prefer getting those files via torrent though because it is a lot faster than GameFront.
