Is anyone else as excited as I am about this movie? I mean, District 9 and Inglorious Basterds, both VERY good movies which were WELL THOUGHT OUT. And plus, it has Brad Pitt! I mean wtf? Has anyone seen a movie starring brad Pitt that HASN’T been a huge ass hit? I’m not gay or anything, but he’s just a great ass actor! This summer’s going to end well.
Cool World, Meet Joe Black, Legends of the Fall, Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Troy.
It’s made by Quentin Tarantino. It can’t be bad. I mean, look at that guy:
You instantly know anything this guy makes is pure gold dipped in liquid awesomeness. And I agree Brad Pitt can be a good actor (Fight Club, 12 Monkeys, Ocean 1x)
“Each one of yoo owes me one hundred Nahtzee scalps, and I’m counting mah scalps.”
Bradolf Pittler, anyone?
Looks pretty shitty to be honest.
I WANT MY SCALPS!
I will see it on cable or video.
Kill Bill was pretty forgettable and Death Proof was the weaker of the ‘Grindhouse’ films (though I didn’t think either were that good) - Tarantino would have to pull something pretty good out of his arse to reinstate himself as one of the best directors around.
Agreed, i thought the kill bill films were shocking. Awfull actually.
As a kung fu movie fan, I loved the Kill Bills. bu I am not a horror movie fan, so didn’t care for Grindhouse much at all. And this is WWII, which I am so thoroughly sick to death of…
I liked the whining tune that plays when she looks people in the eye.
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP-WOOOOOOOOOOOOP
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP-WOOOOOOOOOOOOP
He made kill bill. I loved pulp fiction though.
You forgot Snatch.
I loved both Grindhouse, but I prefered Death Proof to Planet Terror. But mostly because a road fight between a Charger and a Challenger is awesome, and I do want his Nova. I also liked Kill Bill because like TGP I am a fan of Kung Fu movies.
Also if anyone remembers the fake trailers at the end of PT, Machete is really coming in 2010.
I’ll probably see this at some point
i’m more excited about Where the Wild Thing are TBH because its Spike Jonze
This guy literally shits win even his commercials he directed were awesome.
and you can’t lose when the original author approves and says the film is good.
this movie looks like a turd.
You can. See: The Harry Potter movies.
Oh how I wish Terry Gilliam had gotten the directing job on Philosopher’s Stone. That would’ve been an epic, epic film!
