How would YOU release Black Mesa?

I would sell it to VALVe for 2 bucks.

Why do you think i would care enough to post the link on the forum?

i have no idea, but it would involve potatoes and countdown timers…

definately make a post when its done, no one can mention the release date for 30 days, if they do, the counter is reset. enjoy the ensuing madness as noone would ever get to play…

I would have Black Mesa included in only the pirated versions of Half Life 2: Episode 3.

You know what, I would have had a heart attack right then and there.

On steam… lamest idea EVER![/SIZE]

Jynyqy kan spel any wrd any way ^ey w@nt, so l@ng as ^ey kyp it kunsistint.

I can’t believe I actually managed to decrypt that partially…

Today, with pink bunnies of course!

I would only release it for Nintendo Wii.

In a cardboard box.

There is also a key in there.

The box is inside a room.

The room has a locked door.

The key to the door is inside the room, in a cardboard box, with Black Mesa beside it.

How did it get it in there?

A floor-level vent! You’d have to think like Freeman to get it!

Like the vent barney?

I’d release Black Mesa with developer commentary, plus with a picture of a smiling Summer Glau

Ram should change his avatar to a serious face Summer when they announce the mod’s release date.

And all the quotes would be not in all caps and more mellow and upbeat.

I would burn it to a DVD, tape the DVD to a brick, go outside and throw it at the first person I saw.

Except not dead.

Perhaps I’d release it by saying that a release date had been determined, but was not going to be officially announced yet, then link to a trailer that’s actually the download page for the mod.
Which would come in exe form for the people who don’t know what they’re doing when installing stuff, and a smaller .7z for the people who actually know how to manually install a source mod.

You should hide.Cause I’ma hunt you down :terror:

I would surgically put the only copy of it into my body. Then you would have to kill me to get it…

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
