I was trying to point out that your sentence didn’t make any sense. The verb put needs an object with it.
Or, you’d start a fictional person on the forums, innocuously post for a few weeks, then release the mod early to forum members in a “trail of clues” format…

I would never release it put it on a harddisk and hide it somewhere I can’t find it after. 50 years will past and BM will be a myth. Mythbusters will try to challenge the myth and they will find out that it would be impossible to build up a team of people making the mod in their spare time for free.
In 50 years games will only be made by tards like those working at Epic Studios who make games only for the money and say that pc games only survive on Facebook like games as Farmville.

That said, it’s pretty inconsequential and even Burbinator worked out what you meant so it’s just nitpicking to go over it. Let’s move on.

If it were me, I would send Black Mesa out to an old couple’s home in New Mexico in thousands of 3 1/2" floppy discs with a letter explaining the burden they have received and that they must distribute it. Then of course we must pray they don’t have heart attacks.
