how much would you pay if BM wasn't free?

I would look at the original price, and if it’s $60.00 or lower I would buy it, if I was low on money, I would wait for the price to go down to like $20.00.

I would pay in pumpkins and oatmeal cookies.

theres too much hype and build up, it can only be disappointing now, like duke i wouldnt pay, just download it anyway.

hype about what? Up until an interview a few days ago, most people didn’t even fucking know what BM actually was. They thought it was just a beat for beat clone with a graphics update.

Lol ikr?

I’d pay around twenty dollars. Thirty if I’m really bored with every other game.

A couple chickens or maybe a small lamb, and a sack of spuds for good measure.

40 pieces of lumber.

I wonder how much would be the average if this was a humble bundle kinda deal. I would pay 5 bucks just because I’m broke :stuck_out_tongue:

In that case… 1$.

After more than 5 years invested in this – checking the site daily… hoping… yearning… what the hell - I’d plunk down a couple c notes. Especially if it meant getting it now.

I change my mind.

I would pay 200,000 Spiderman dollars for this game.

I hope you can get over the fact that the money is crayon drawn on a piece of paper that wasn’t cut properly.

I’d break out my monopoly money from my various game boards around the world, but only every bill except the 500’s. I like those too much.

I am a patient bastard. If the game was to be released at the usual big hit price (around 40 Great Bri’ish Poonds Sherlings :stuck_out_tongue: ) I’d wait about 6 more months. By that time all the easter eggs would be found, all the spoilers spoilt, and the price would drop by about half to 3 quarters (depending on how successful it is) then I would buy it and enjoy the game as slowly as it may take, raping the graphics off. And once I have finished, I will play again, this time with the use of spoilers and cheats etc.
I have it all here, in my hollow head

naw

ill trade my mums roast lamb for it. just needa know when your coming for tea.

Black Mesa seems like it is of full-fledged retail retail value, thus I would pay all $60 for it.

But on a joke note: 14 Liters of Battery Acid and Pickle Juice taken out of a rusty barrel that formerly carried vast quantities of urine, placed in a rather large canteen, and mixed with 2 Pints of mercury. Damn I’m a weird bastard.

Sooo your thank you to the BM Team would be to poison them? :brow:
Aww, how sweet.

It’s not to drink, it’s for- Well, you don’t wanna know.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
