Someone noted this song in the comments which happens to be on a fave album of mine, and I like it quite a lot. I swear now that they used that instrument (skip to 1.30 if you must) in that song. Pretty cool.
Also, that PVC instrument in OP is pretty cool. I haven’t seen that vid before. I like it!

How I read the title:
I am dissapoint. However, this is pretty cool. Not as cool as a working Powered Combat Vest, but cool.
