HEV voice not correct when announcing your power

I had 8 armor power, I received 15, instead of saying 23, it told me 25

All HEV says is the nearest multiple of five. Thus it’s perfectly correct. I believe it was so in every Half-Life game up to now. (and actually, I can’t remember the HEV telling me how much power I had left in HL2)

the hev doesnt says the percent count in hl2
