You might want to give a few more people wiki_delete permissions like cat or fridge. Not so they have to actively moderate the wiki but so if this happens again we could pm them and they could take care of this quickly before it gets out of hand.
I was the first person to witness the original watermarked file and replaced it with the clean one. I think I sent you a pm as well as a few other devs/mods. I think that stratagy would be a bit cleaner than this.
