Help us make an awesome wiki!

Agreed. Those night vision goggles are such a beautiful mix of HL stylization and BM realism.

EDIT: is labelling all the events on the timeline as “major” really needed? I mean, it’s not like there’s any minor events.

EDIT 2:  there are minor events.
You should maybe make them a different color or make major events larger, now they’re too hard to tell apart casually.

is that a joke? The the first entry is a minor and there are 22 minor events and 25 major. So a little less than 1/2.

EDIT:
They have a different color, text, and size. What more do you want!

EDIT EDIT:
ALSO just rolled out a new auto hiding script for the footers. Think makes the page look less cluttered then there user can open them to find out more. What do you think. Personally I’m not 100% sure if they are better before or after. Thoughts?

Badass code man! I was missing that thing.
But I have a suggestion. Why not hide the whole light grey part, and keep only the dark grey part? This way:

When you click in show, the light gray part is totally revealed.

I was aiming for that, but it is proving to be difficult. not having css coughhubicough is requiring me to do some hacks for even this implementation to work. I’ll keep playing with it and see if I can get it closer to that. Also it appears that my favorite IE glitch has reared it’s ugly head again. :bah: see If I can fix that also.

EDIT: BOOYAH!

Fixed the IE problem and now it closes all the way. Just don’t visit the file page of the IE fix, Apparently media wiki doesn’t like 1px tall transparent gifs.

Uhm… Is there a problem, or is just my Firefox?

I’m seeing…

… In the top of this page.

(Ok people. Done for today… Now I’m off to bed. See ya later.)

I’m getting it also.

EDIT: BAH I thought it was isolated to the file page, apparently it’s also showing on the new media page. AHHH, let me see.

EDITEDIT: OK I think I fixed it for good, and it renders n IE also. Apparently IE has more respect for the width properties of a DIV element than a . So I crammed a DIV in the table and forced IE to render it like a good boy.

Only you are now as bad as Hubi.

:fffuuu: WHAT HAVE I BECOME!!!

EDIT: I crunched down the padding to 6px (what is was before). I kinda forgot that making the box close all the way required killing the original padding.

Other news I found out that position relative is not placed on the wiki black list, Thats how I got the open close button on the title bar of the Footers. This open up the possibility to do some advanced things with wiki coding that I initially didn’t think was possible.

nice

The Wiki is really professional looking. Unlike most Wikis out there, this one has a heart and a soul.

Ooo My :aah:

It feels like I’m not supposed to see it, but I can’t tear my eyes away.

Ohmaigd!

This better not be a dream!!

its… still… beautiful

Well, Dr. Strangelove, that’s how every media release has been (like a WIP). Maybe this is just a mock up, but like Tbo Waffles said: “its beautiful”.

That’s Dr. Strangelove to you, boyo.

I added something spiffy to the main page. Whatdoyathink?

 Xen looks so beautiful just like the antilion caves in episode 2! Also I think it’s neat how the loader is half across the page!
