Healthkits Break on Level Transfer

As it says in the title, when a healthkit is taken over a level transition, it no longer heals the player when damaged, and acts as only a prop.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Find a healthkit.
  2. Carry the kit to a level change.
  3. Get injured, step onto the kit.
  4. Don’t get healed.
    Tested several times at multiple different levels. Haven’t had the opportunity to test if touching the kit to water restores its functionality (sounds weird I know, but works for a similar sort of bug in Garry’s Mod).

I noticed this issue as well. What’s weird is that occasionally my medkits would still function after a level change(it seemed random, idk for sure). Batteries do this, too.

I’ve experienced the same. Sometimes the medkits work after a transition and sometimes they don’t.
