Has the BM website been slow lately?

Well I guess that didn’t help. I’m making a support ticket with cPanel hopefully they can figure out what the hell is wrong.

OK I made a support ticket, waiting for a response from cPanel.

Complaining is awesome.

Yeah last time I complained that Firefox was crashing in fullscreen mode (and used a few swear words in the anonymous report) they quickly came out with a new beta that specifically adressed flash videos in fullscreen mode which completely fixed my problem. Even though it seems they had to rewrite a shitload of code to do it.

Haha sweet. It looks like its a pretty big cPanel/Apache issue so I imagine they would know whats wrong… I hope

I’ve noticed it’s just now become faster, if that means anything.

cPanel did its magic so hopefully that fixes it… If anyone has any issues throughout the next few days please be sure to post.

All working fine on my end so far.

Awesome glad to hear

Seems to all be resolved now. Good work!

It crapped out on me like 10 minutes ago, I don’t know if it was the same issue or not. It was only like 30 seconds though.

the problem seems to be resolved. please make sure it was not a issue on your end that caused it

It sometimes takes me a couple of tries to load this site, yet I have no such problems with other sites. Except some hardcore porn sites, but that’s a different matter :3

Haha, well apache isn’t perfect and cpanel needs to restart apache ocasionally when adding new domains, etc so occasional issues are expected. The major thing is that it doesn’t completely crash like it did before and not come back for 15-30 mins, which so far it hasn’t done that

Yeah, it was only like 30 seconds, it wasn’t like what used to happen.

yeah I just had a big lag spike (not on my end) but it seems to be resolved now. I know to expect these occasionally from now on

Just had downtime for at least 5 minutes, downforeveryoneorjustme.com said it wasn’t just me. :frowning:

Looks like our host is having some switch/router issues. Hopefully they get it taken care of ASAP

Sounds great. Glad it’s not anything else on the BM end

Lol what is with all this stuff? I’ve never seen so many problems on the network components that host a website before.
Let’s cross our fingers I guess? :L

Sometimes everything works out great, other times they don’t. At least there won’t ever be any significant data loss if anything happens (Server has RAID and we do weekly backups).
