I’m not one of those cheapskates who still uses gmod 9.0.4, I got the full fledged version, but I see what he’s going for.

The thing is, it was free for ages for all previous versions, and one day he was like “oh yeah, sold out to valve, it’ll be $10”. It’d be a little like black mesa being like “hey, we chose a release date, and it’ll be $10 if you want to play this shit, even though we said it’d be free all along.”

Besides, Garry’s Mod 9 is still free, and Garry’s Mod 10+ is awesome!
