people are hungry for HL content. Any fanfilm no matter how shit is considered a milestone. Not saying I agree with it, but that’s just how it is.

Better yet; why would Black Mesa allow their competition to tour their research facility? It’s just a reference for the sake of a reference with little thought put into it.

Maybe a failed attempt at collaboration? Dr. Breen rambled on quite a bit about collaboration in one of his BreenCasts.
