By now it must be clear to people that there is no MP7 in Half-Life 2, or at least so I thought. Just take a close look at the world model of this baby, and you will see it looks different to an HK MP7.

Most noticeable differences: HL2 SMG has two barrels, the pistol grip is at the rear end. HK MP7 has one barrel, the pistol grip is near the middle. The HL2 SMG might be based on the MP7 or represent a firearm that has been developed from the MP7 somewhere in a near future.

Yup but magicaly they shrink after being grabbed so they fit in the “modified” MP7. Isn’t that wonderfull ?

“I know you will say ‘that wouldn’t work’, because the second barrel looks too narrow to fire a grenade, but still it was supposed to do so” ?
