if it has a revolving magazine, then it’s not muzzleloading, therefore not a musket.

Bro, thats a VSS Vintorez. Its based off of the AS VAL and even though it looks like an AS VAL with a scope, its a different gun. The AS VAL is an assault rifle with a built in silencer. The VSS Vintorez is a tactical sniper rifle with that is a mixture of the AS VAL and the SVD Dragunov.

What VSS is - is basicly a VAL with a scope and wooden stock taken from Dragunov. 9x39mm subsonic armor-piercing carthridge, barrel length, unremovable suppressor system, overall operating principle - all of this stays the same.
