[Graphical Error] White Screen in Blast Pit (bm_c1a_4a)

After the initial tram ride in Blast Pit, (Right before the toxic waste) Nothing is shown but a white screen. I only previously encountered this error on the title screen, in where disabling HUD Post Processing fixed it. However, even with all visual options disabled, the white screen does not disappear. It only triggers at approximately this spot:

In DirectX8.1 mode, the white screen does not trigger, but instead, the white lines ( as mentioned in the other thread) do appear. This leads me to believe it’s a shader issue. I hope that’s not the problem, though.
