Got a Quick Suggestion? - Small suggestions that don't need their own thread

Here’s a little suggestion: mugs with tongue-in-cheek references to other valve games/mods thereof on their textures
Examples:
“just like counter-strike”
“don’t forget your gnome”
“android hell: fail and you will be sent there”
“a concerned citizen”
“R&D : serious Business”
“I hate mugs with clever phrases on them”
“drop the AWP, noob. pick up a Weel gun! - clemington Firearms”

A wheeled gun you say?

Pick up a weel gun, PICK UP A WEEL GUN.

Only 8 years old and already off topic

Another 5 easter eggs never to be included.

No Ram, he wants you to do it for him.

wait that seems like cheating

The point would be adjusting them both, legally, with a function mapping one to the other.

It seems they think so.
I’m fine with with the default flashlight.

There should be crowbars in some areas during inbound- systems are malfunctioning around the facility, and I’m fairly sure I’ve seen toolboxes in some of the screens.

And a crowbar is essential in every toolbox?
I don’t have one in mine (Electrician)

@Ram: Would that allow it to be altered within the game or do you have to open the console and change it manually?

I have one, and I’m a computer technician :retard:

I carry a crowbar in my trunk…you know just in case of a zombie apocalypse or in case of a resonance cascade.

I am a crowbar.

We have a rusty crowbar in the basement.

:hmph:

i don’t get it.

Does anybody else like the animation of the spas 12 from L4D 2? I think that would look cool in BM, though i assume your doing it HL1 style.

No, it’s not. It’s “Je ne parle pas allemand.”.

No it’s, “WHO GIVES A FLYING FUCK?”

Haha I agree. I just couldn’t stand a misspelled word.

I knew I was gonna get something wrong :fffuuu:

how about mentioning some of the late great modern scientists of our day, working at the facility, like Michio Kaku, hes the man, and hes been a proffesor of theoretical physics for 25 years, perfect time range for the incident.
you dont have to make a model or anything, maybe just an anouncement, or his name on a list? idk

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
