What I meant is that 67 is a strange number for someone to say without having actually measured, but, whatever.
You could try changing something, taking her somewhere you usually don’t take, act differently, show her a different side… Anyway, try to innovate. I don’t know if that is possible, though, I’ve never done that.
If that doesn’t work, I think you need to talk to her. Ask her why she is avoiding talking to you, keeping distance, but in a nice way, try not to push her at first. If she seems too evasive, or if she is unwilling to give you an answer, then confront her.
About breaking up with her as Catz suggested, she is right. If you can’t solve the problem, you also can’t stay with a girl that doesn’t want to give you enough attention. Or do you want to be the guy who begs for attention?

Ok, so first off I’ve liked this girl for a while, she’s got a heart of gold that I really like, but it’s turned out to be kinda bad for me. We kinda started crushing on each other, but then we both got really busy, and didn’t talk for a while. I started to talk to her again, but at that point she just started seeing this other guy. They started dating, and I still talked to her. Their relationship started to fail, she’d talk to me about him and say stuff like “There’s a lot of things you say I wish he would…” etc
So then I told her that I still liked her a lot, and she started considering leaving him. We started hanging out a lot more often, and then when she got in a car accident and he basically didn’t care, and I was there for her she decided to dump him. So then we were together for a week, and then he showed up at her work crying making a fuss, and she felt so bad for him she decided to give him another chance. She almost immediately realized this was a horrible idea, and decided to think about it some more, and 2 days later went back with me. We hung out that week and had an epic time, but then when her band’s concert came around he came back, with all the hair on his head shaved off. Even I felt bad for him how he was moping around, (he didn’t know we were together btw)
So then suddenly she goes from being super affectionate to really distant, and says that I’m being to emotional by enjoying talking to her as much as I always did. (we’d talk for 10 hours straight somedays on and off on aim) and says she needs a break from dating everyone for a while, because of how crazy everything has been.
I see how she deserves that, even though her reason for leaving me is bs. But everyone didn’t know that we were together, (she didn’t want to cause drama within her band just yet because they were all really close friends with her ex) so he went back to hitting on her again like crazy. I was pretty much trying to get over her, but then while we were at a bonfire at her house, she started hitting on me again just like she used to, while the guy was there hitting on her. So I pretty much told her she has to decide between us, and if she goes with him I’m not giving her another chance. So I’ve been giving her time and space to think things through.
What do you guys think I should do?

Surprisingly, they are an averaged stat from North America, and some parts of Europe - All different walks of life, ages (18 and above) and religions. The surveys that collected the information were blind in that there was no way for the answers to be tracked - True they did know decent and such, but that was also unplugged from the survey as such. Each answer, was a seperate data base, once all the info was collected.
According to current research, women are more likely to cheat than guys are - Not trying to be a woman basher or a guy cheerer - just stating the data. Guys who cheat have a few things in common, and of course - they have tracked a much higher percentage to a certain gene - Aslo, the size of a male’s testies - likely one would find that the gene is a switch of Testosterone, and growth hormone int eh Hypocampus… Just sayin’.

I’ve done that before. She probably didn’t like you as much as she originally thought she did, or she might just be like me and not like getting too close to people or just start pushing away after a while. Trying too hard is only going to be bad so I guess just leave her alone for a bit.

Anyways, on topic. Yesterday, my school had this “Bridging” ceremony which is bscly a graduation for 8th graders, and there was an after party afterwards. This girl I like was going to be there. And I figure that I should tell her that I like her. Now, I’m an awkward piece of shit and so I’m pacing back and forth most of the time. By the time the party was almost over, I just went over there and told her. Bad thing about this was, was that she was close to her friends, a feet away iirc. Now, I know this isn’t really asking for advice or anything, but I just thought I’d share it

That’s what I’ve found, at least. It’s usually the girls that are kind of shitty or that you just wouldn’t want to actually be with that prefer assholes.

You should have told her that you love hanging out with her and wanna continue cuz she is a blast, but if all she wants is that extra more, then she needs to piss off. Tell her you have already moved on. If she is worth your time, she will try harder to win you back. If she is not serious about you, she will stop and go back to schmuck. Either way, YOU ARE better off.
NOTE: Everyone listen to me cuz I am only gonna say this once. (movie quote incoming) “You can’t respect somebody who kisses your ass. It just doesn’t work.” So stop kissing ass all the time just cuz a girl flips her hair and bats her eyes and says sorry. Don’t be afraid to offer a cold shoulder once in a while. Ok… that is one scary book. Personally, the only person in my family or friends that I know has cheated was my husband on his girlfriend in his teens. Everyone else I know has not cheated. Then again… how would I know?

Not necessarily. I did, and boy, I felt sad and weird, almost a sense of failure for some reason. Maybe I had predicted the future through my feelings or something, but a few months later, I just got an im from her saying she liked someone else.:’(

That is very true… cultures and all that - but one has to wonder about biology and genes as well - then again, in todays world, the borders are a lot wider.
