Get Black Mesa on Steam! We can do it!

IMHO, you guys are wasting too much time and energy on this GreenLight bs… just get uTorrent (et al) and be ready… that is your best bet. As I said before, we are all going to be playing and replaying this like a mofo… who cares if you play through from your torrent or mirror downloaded version, then uninstall and reinstall in Steam later…

And I would not at all be surprised if there was someone, somewhere, just watching that clock tick down… every waking moment. That is a sad thought, for sure.

What, like this? :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s not about the mod. It’s about making history. Being the first Greenlight submission to actually reach 100% and get accepted into Steam and so ruling all other submission. Basicly just an amusement for the time we are waiting for the release.

It WILL make it into Steam anyway. Valve definitely sees how much the community wants this.

Oh, they know. And to be honest, they’re happy with the release style that the team is going forward with (releasing a good portion now, and still having much more to present in the near[ish] future).

All of my LOL. The time was the same here some time ago. At the time of this post it is 2 days, 21 hours, 3 minutes, 55 seconds (and counting)…

Wait, what? 48%? It’s ticking between 48 and 49 percent right now…Weird.

Congrats Black Mesa for making it on steam.
It’s Greenlit! :freeman:

feels good to be right :freeman:

AWESOME WE MADE IT!!! BM ON STEAM!

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeheeeehee!
Congrats team and BM community

Mission accomplished, gents. Let’s raise our glasses.

Noice, we’ve done it! Congratulations devs!

Awesome! Hopefully this means it will be on steam on launch!

Looks like they are making some new changes to greenlight. There is now a “Greenlit” link that has replaced the “Pending”, although it currently leads to the same page “No items have been promoted to pending yet”

I doubt it, I’m pretty sure it will take more then 3 days of work.

Wooo!

Huzzah!

We did it ! :freeman:

This is really incredibly awesome! Congratulations and thanks to everyone!

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
