Game crashes climbing down the ladder after killing the tentacles

On blast pit after killing the tentacles I proceed to climb down the ladder where the tentacles were after the level loads if I look directly down the game crashes but if I look almost directly down it wont, this lets me continue to the bottom but if I look straight or around the area where the ladder was the game crashes. So this makes the stage impassable.

I’ve been having the same problem, any suggestions? Minidump attached.

latest drivers and everything, mod is installed to BMS folder
