Game crashes after 15-20 minutes of gameplay

These rather timely crashes happen for me as well, along with the missing weapon models, and rendering error messages.

Specs:
CPU: Intel I7 4771 3.5 GHz Quad Hyper threaded
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 - 2GB VRAM
RAM: 2x4GB 1600mhz DIMMs

Also if I might add a few scoreboard suggestions.

  1. Add the current map name
  2. Add total player count per team
