Game crashed, now I can't use railgun or grnades

As the topic says my game randomly crashed at the damn in surface tension. Now, and can’t access my 4 and 5 slots (meaning I cant railgun the chopper). Am I totally missing something, or is this just a bug?

Seriously, is there a code or something to give myself the gun?
