Black Mesa Archive In-game Issues (Mod)

Ive found a crash in Blast Pit chapter, in the fan room leading to oxy/fuel. When I go down and start it, few seconds later the game crashes saying only hl2.exe stopped working, ive updated my graphic card, .NET etc. even reinstalled the Black Mesa and nothing works, i will be grateful for any help.
