Game crash at Blast Pit

Hello friends,

great game thus far!

When I have finished speaking with the scientist and start moving forward at the beginning of the Blast Pit the game crashes and gives me the following error.

People have said you have to destroy the crates, but the problem seemed to me that the game dosen’t like loading that particle effect at high resolutions. Dropping down to 1024x768 for that part (prety much untill you get annother load screen) worked for me, though it still crashed once on the lower resolution.

I just re-loaded and worked fine. No idea what the problem was. Thanks for your reply and help though!
