Freeze in Blast Pit

Hello. This is my first post in the format so I apologize if the format is not correct. I would like to report a bug I found in Blast Pit. The problem is the game will freeze and crash and will have to be restarted. This happens in bm_c1a4c a few seconds after starting the fan. I was able to reproduce this glitch multiple times by saving right before it happens. It happened regardless of which weapon I held. I believe it started immediately as the fan spooled up and the wind effect began to happen. I took status in the developer console seconds before it happened:

Here are my computer specs:
ASUS M4A785-M Motherboard
AMD Phenom 9750 Quad Core Processor 2.40 GHz
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
6.00 GB RAM (5.75 GB Usable), 3x2GB DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 4200 (Integrated)
ST31000520AS 1.0TB HDD
I can provide more details if needed.

I was able to continue my game by doing this again except without killing the zombie in the little room with the shotgun ammo (I just grabbed the ammo and avoided the zombie). I will also include a copy of one of the dump files created by Source SDK 2007.

In On A Rail, just after launching the rocket, when you break through the glass doors and turn around, things don’t look quite right. The map is c2a2c and I am facing toward the wall. I have attached screenshots of what this looks like.
